At present, domestic and foreign wind power engineering projects are being vigorously constructed to promote the development of wind power. The domestic transportation of wind turbine blades is mostly based on the existing trailers by welding some auxiliary parts to fix the blades and then buy the current blades. This method of transportation requires low trailer speed, good road conditions, poor vibration damping and passing performance, and low efficiency and feasibility.
Overall design of TITAN VEHICLE
The windmill blade trailer is composed of tractor, cargo platform, axle, suspension system, support device, steering system, braking system and electrical system.
The overall dimensions of the windmill blade trailers are 16250mm*3700mm*5000mm; the axle is 3 lines and 6 bridges. The tires are 8.25R15 steel wire tires: hydraulic cylinder lifting suspension system; lifting range greater than 400 mm; hydraulic system working pressure 16 MPa; cargo platform uses cylinder steering. Cargo platform of the windmill blade trailer
The cargo platform is composed of three parts: the auxiliary cargo platform, the intermediate cargo platform and the rear cargo platform. Each part of the cargo platform can be combined and spliced. with fork joints. The entire cargo platform is a frame structure, and the cargo platform is welded by beams and longitudinal beams. The longitudinal beam adopts the I-shaped structure.
The I-shaped structure has the characteristics of high strength and simple technology: the cross beam adopts square steel and channel steel: seamless steel pipes are welded under the lower wing plate of the main longitudinal beam, and the seamless steel pipes are connected The purpose of welding seamless steel pipes is to increase the rigidity of the cargo platform. Reduce the amplitude of the up and down vibration of the cargo platform during driving.
Since the cargo platform is long, the turning radius of its driving is large, and the passing performance is not good. Therefore, in the no-load state, the front cargo platform and the rear cargo platform are directly cross-connected to improve the passage of the whole vehicle.
Hydraulic suspension system
The lifting of the entire cargo platform of the windmill blade trailer is realized by hydraulic suspension. The hydraulic suspension is composed of a cantilever, a swing arm and a suspension cylinder. The cantilever and the swing arm and the suspension cylinder are connected by articulation, and the swing arm and the suspension cylinder are connected by a ball joint. When the cargo platform is lifted, the suspension cylinder is extended under the action of hydraulic pressure, the angle between the cantilever and the swing arm increases, and the cargo platform is raised to the highest position.
Steering brigade
The steering system is the key to the entire design. It is related to the safety of the vehicle and the stable operation. The steering system of the fan-blade transporter is composed of a central bogie, a tie rod, a longitudinal tie rod, a transverse steering arm, a longitudinal steering arm and a steering cylinder. The steering system of the windmill blade trailer adopts mechanical-hydraulic combined steering, that is, the steering handle of the hydraulic valve block is manually operated to make the hydraulic oil enter the steering cylinder. Control the expansion and contraction of the piston rod of the oil cylinder, and the push and pull force of the piston rod of the oil cylinder acts on the central bogie, the tie rod, the transverse steering arm, the longitudinal steering arm, and the longitudinal tie rod in turn to realize the steering of the whole vehicle.
